The ingredients required to make this are: 2 cups almond or oat milk, 1 cup raw spinach, 1 large apple (any kind), 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 4 ice cubes. The kind of apple I typically like to use is either Pink Lady or Red Delicious. Since I prefer to stay more on the sweet side with the flavor of this smoothie, I avoid tart apples like Granny Smith. However, if you love Granny Smith, then use it! Toss everything into a blender and give it a quick blend until smooth.
What I love the most about this recipe is that even dogs love it! I feed this to my little dog whenever I make it. He gets his own serving in his own bowl.
