Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ¾ cup water

  • Maple syrup, to taste

  • 3 cups strawberries, blueberries and blackberries

  • ¼ cup grated dark chocolate

  • Almonds slices, to taste

Directions

  • Pour water in a bowl and add oats. Cover with a plastic foil and set aside for at least an hour.
  • Place the oats in a saucepan and pour in almond milk. Cook and stir for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and season with maple syrup.
  • Top with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grated chocolate, and almond slices.

Notes

  • Add a few drops of vanilla extract to almond milk for more flavor.
  • You can replace almond slices with finely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts .
